Decorative, eco-friendly box, made from paper.
Because PAPER IS A SUPER-SURFACE!
It is a material made from pulverised cellulose fibres, derived from recycled wood, and its content can range from 60 to as much as 90%. Natural pigment (up to 2% of the composition), 4 to 6% water are also added to the material and the binding agent is synthetic latex.
This lightweight and versatile fabric sews, cuts (without ripping) and washes in the same way as fabric. However, high temperatures should be avoided to preserve its properties. The fibre-based texture softens and wrinkles with use and washing, becoming more and more like leather over time. It is therefore an excellent alternative to animal-derived materials and skai. Unused leftovers are recyclable, making Wash Paper a "zero waste" material.
Wash Paper's strength and decorative properties offer a whole range of possibilities! It is used to make bags, home furnishings, office supplies, notebook covers or books.
It can be dyed, stamped, embroidered, stitched with other materials, printed on and even typed on.
It all just depends on your imagination and creativity!

In fact, many brands use labels made of it sewn onto the back of the trousers, at the edge. The most famous ones, the Levi's brand, have not changed their design since 1937, when they were patented. Before they were made from paper, they were labels made from leather. Initially, they were embossed with information, then embossing was replaced by printing.
As we all know from our own experience, these labels have been through more than one wash and survived more than one wash - which is probably the best proof of how durable this material is!
